Is the program safe for our children? ▼

Yes, absolutely. We provide full 24/7 supervision by specialized Omani staff. All housing and institutes are carefully selected to ensure the highest safety standards. We have a dedicated Omani female supervisor for the girls' group throughout the trip.

How can we communicate with students? ▼

We provide a SIM card for every student upon arrival. Students communicate with their families daily. Parents also receive periodic reports on the student's status. Our team is available 24/7 for parents' inquiries.

How is the accommodation? Is it mixed? ▼

Accommodation is completely separate between boys and girls in safe and respectable residential facilities. Students live in buildings designated under direct supervision. All facilities meet high social and Islamic standards.

What is the nature of supervision for students? ▼

Students are accompanied by specialized Omani supervisors throughout the day — from accommodation to the institute and during activities and trips. We have a clear protocol for emergencies and health cases. Students follow a organized schedule ensuring a healthy sleep and nutrition system.

What is the required student level for enrollment? ▼

The program is open to all levels from A1 (Beginner) to C2 (Advanced). Each student's level is determined upon arrival and they are placed in the appropriate group to ensure maximum benefit.

Is the food halal and suitable? ▼

Yes, all meals provided are 100% halal. Malaysia is known for the abundance of halal restaurants. Students receive three balanced and diverse daily meals that meet their nutritional needs.
